About Us
The Diversity Think Tank (DTT) was established in January 2022 by Michael Carter of IC Edge, a full-service DEIB consulting firm based in St. Paul, MN.
Michael is a DEI educator with over 15 years of experience in DEI and wanted to create a community where DEI consultants, practitioners, and advocates could reenergize, establish new connections, and share their perspectives with each other.
Diversity Think Tank is a virtual community with members located throughout the United States. DTT embraces and is dedicated to lifelong learning, community, and personal growth.
